Lamentations 3:22-23

The favors of the LORD are not exhausted, his mercies are not spent; They are renewed each morning, so great is his faithfulness.

Psalm 46:2-4

God is our refuge and our strength, an ever-present help in distress.  Thus we do not fear, though earth be shaken and mountains quake to the depths of the sea, Though its waters rage and foam and mountains totter at its surging.

Matthew 3:17

And a voice came from the heavens, saying, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”

Philippians 4:6

Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God.

Psalm 34:18-20

When the just cry out, the LORD hears and rescues them from all distress.  The LORD is close to the brokenhearted, saves those whose spirit is crushed.  Many are the troubles of the just, but the LORD delivers from them all.

Matthew 4:4
